A variety of training session are run throughout the week, sometimes twice a day, and are all tailored to suit all abilities.
Whether you want to row to relax, get fit quick or reach a high level of competition, we have a comprehensive range of sessions to offer. Although we work hard at training, it is always fun with a great family atmosphere.
Mondays: 6:30-9:00am (water session)
Wednesdays (S1): 10:00-11:30am (gym session)
Wednesday (S2): 12:30-14:00pm (water session)
Fridays: 7:00-9:00am (gym session)
Sundays: 14:45-17:00pm (water session)
