Campus Network Lead
Campus Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead
They will:
a) To chair meetings of their Network
b) To report to their network on their activities as a representative
c) To attend meetings of the Union’s democratic Structures
d) To encourage work with members of other networks
e) To work with other representatives
To effectively represent students who study at Hardwick and sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to Hardwick students, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
Volunteers Network Lead
Volunteers Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead
They will:

NUS Conference Delegate (2 places)
You will be elected to represent University of Gloucestershire students at a national level at the NUS National Conference, which will take place between the 15th & 16th March 2023 (accommodation and travel will be paid for by the SU). At present, the conference is set to take place at the Harrogate Convention Centre. NUS National Conference is the sovereign policy-making body of NUS and brings together nearly a thousand delegates from students' unions across the country to discuss, debate and vote on motions and elect the political leadership of the organisation for the year ahead.
You can choose to submit motions to NUS National Conference and you will have full speaking and voting rights at Conference. You will vote to amend and pass/reject motions submitted to the Conference which will shape the NUS Policy for 2023.
International Students' Network Lead
International Students Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead.
They must identify as a member of this Network and will be elected by and from that cohort of students.
They will:
a) To chair meetings of their Network
b) To report to their network on their activities as a representative
c) To attend meetings of the Union’s democratic Structures
d) To encourage work with members of other networks
e) To work
To effectively represent International students' and sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to the group of students you are representing, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
Elections - Care Leavers Network Lead
To effectively represent care leavers and sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to the group of students you are representing, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
Parents and Carers Network Lead
Parents and Carers Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead
They will:
a) To chair meetings of their Network
b) To report to their network on their activities as a representative
c) To attend meetings of the Union’s democratic Structures
d) To encourage work with members of other networks
e) To work with other representatives
To effectively represent parnts and carers to sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to the group of students you are representing, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
Societies Network Lead
Societies Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead
You must be part of a Society in order to stand for this role.
They will:
a) To chair meetings of their Network
b) To report to their network on their activities as a representative
c) To attend meetings of the Union’s democratic Structures
d) To encourage work with members of other networks
e) To work with other representatives
To effectively represent students who are part of a society and to sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to the group of students you are representing, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
Sports Network Lead
Sports Network Lead shall have responsibility to represent the views of a network of students with the same title as the Network Lead
You must be part of a Sports Team in order to stand for this role.
They will:
a) To chair meetings of their Network
b) To report to their network on their activities as a representative
c) To attend meetings of the Union’s democratic Structures
d) To encourage work with members of other networks
e) To work with other representatives
To effectively represent students who are part of a sports team and to sit on relevant SU Committees. Get involved in campaigns on behalf of the Students’ Union and actively support positive change within the University. Run one or more campaign that is related to the group of students you are representing, with the support from the Full-Time Officers.
