Welcome to Voice It
Our Online feedback Tool!
Voice It is your way to feedback to the University about things going wrong and that you'd like to change, or stuff that you've liked and want to see more of. It's super quick, and helps us to listen to student feedback about life at UoG. Whether it's about education issues, or events on campus you can tell us using Voice It!
We’ve reduced the time it takes to log your feedback, by creating a new super quick, super simple form to better hear your voice and to have it actioned quicker!
How does it work?
Step 1: Discuss It
Your first port of call is still your Course Reps and Student Subject Coordinator, this tool is just another way of sharing your voice and making your opinions heard.
Step 2: Say It
If the issue still hasn't been solved then you can use Voice It .Please be specific and concise, so we can support you efficiently (bullet points are fine). Don't use offensive language or personally attack individuals.
Step 3- Pause It
Wait for us to send your feedback to the relevant team, they'll be able to action and solve your feedback which we will report back to you!
Who can use this tool?
Every student! This tool is open 24/7 for you to quickly fill in any issues you may have.
Who can see my feedback, is it anonymous?
Not to us, but yes to others. All feedback goes to the Student Voice team where we collect data from your log in details that helps us monitor trends across campuses, year groups and courses. We will share your feedback with the relevant SU officers, staff, departments, services, or reps who can help progress ideas and effect change but it will be anonymised.
What happens next?
We will sort through and send out your feedback to the relevant parties. We note down with big issues. We action feedback and then report changes back to you! Check out our Hot Topics page here
GDPR Note for Students: If you give us your name and email we only collect these to help us map out what issues are occurring in which areas of the University. This means we can email you with updates on your feedback and report back to you when completed. Your data remains within the Union and Uni.
