University of Gloucestershire Psychology Society

The Psychology Society is open to all students at the University of Gloucestershire with an interest in people or psychology.  

As a member, you will have free access to all ice-breaker events, employability events and professional talks. 


Our society’s goals include:

  • Make psychology open to everyone 

  • Enhance psychological knowledge 

  • Provide opportunities to students with an interest in applying their psychological knowledge  

  • Provide chances to make connections with people within their chosen profession 

  • Develop transferable skills such as critical thinking, forming strong arguments and debating  

  • Raise awareness and provide information during awareness days/weeks
