Hello and welcome to UoG!!

We are the student nurse society. Our aim is to bring all types of nurses together to ensure we have a community where we can relax, help each other, and exchange nursing stories. This all works towards nurturing our well-being and mental health during placement and academic work. You can also join if you are not a student nurse but have an interest in the Field of study and/or used to be a health care worker before your uni life.

We are hoping to host some memorable socials this year with suggestions from our lovely members. We will be looking into hosting socials that are sober-friendly with the option of continuing the fun in town afterwards. We are also welcome to the idea of hosting family events as we realise we have a large number of mature students/parents on our courses. 

We hope to welcome some new faces to our society this year to get it back up and running, we also have some committee vacancies if anyone is interested in doing more.
