Hello and welcome to the UOG Tabletop Society page! From the casual gamer to the serious roleplayer! Our society embraces all the fun of getting together with friends, making new ones, and maybe even getting a little competitive. We offer various board, card, dice, and role-playing games. We are happy to learn new games and teach players of any skill level. Our sessions are free to attend until the 16th of October, from which point our membership price is £4. If you don't get a chance to attend our taster sessions, we offer two free sessions before we ask you to buy the membership. From the 16th of October onwards, we will bring snacks & drinks for you to enjoy!
We also have fun events such as our famed Halloween event (in collab with Art Soc), Retro Game Night, Sweet Casino, and more throughout the year.
For our aspiring adventurers and dungeon masters, we will be running Roll-vember throughout November for anyone interested in D&D, regardless of your experience level! We have a Discord where DMs interested in running campaigns can post their ideas, and people can join them. Anyone looking for a group to play with this year, find your fellow adventurers in our society!
Also in our discord are a few people who come to play Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering, whilst our society focuses more on Board or Card Games, we are trying to learn more about these TCGs, and we'll be running tournaments for both of these in March/April.
