At our Society we offer a safe space to practice Yoga, and are looking to explore further activities and incorporate a range of fitness and mindfulness practices. We also offer weekly socials which are a great way for anyone to connect with others and make new friends (even if you don't want to do Yoga). These are a mixture of going out sober or drinking, craft nights, activities, and more. This society is meant to be fun and relaxing, so wear whatever makes you feel comfortable to stretch in and make sure you are ready to sweat! - not too much though. Anyone is welcome :)

 

Full Yoga Memberships (£10 available by the membership button) This includes all classes and socials. Any other activities and fundraisers are payable per event at a low cost.

Pairs Yoga, Themed yoga,
