Here at UoG Volleyball, where passion meets teamwork on and off the court! Whether you’re an experienced player or brand new to the game, our club is the perfect place to push your skills, make new friends, and enjoy the thrill of competition. With a strong community spirit, exciting matches, and plenty of socials, UoG Volleyball is more than just a sport, it is an experience. We are also known to host one of the most successful fundraisers across the university which is called 💗THINK PINK💗 Here we aim to raise awareness on breast cancer and we sell Tshirts to all teams competing and every year we make this day more and more magical full of fun and success! This year we have prizes for the winning teams and aim to make it the best!
We train 2 times a week in Oxtalls Sports Hall (Oxtalls campus) and Plock court sports arena. We have 1 strength and conditioning session in the S and C suite, also at Oxtalls.
Training Times:
Monday Training: 21:00 - 22:15
Wednesday Training: 16:00 - 17:45
Friday Training: 17:15 - 19:15
At our club we offer a variety of opportunities for those who maybe don't want to compete in BUCS and perhaps don't feel comfortable competing against other teams just yet! We offer:
- Recreational team
- First team Men's 1s
- First team Women's 1s

If you are coming from Cheltenham the bus to catch is the 94/94X this bus stops right outside of our Oxtalls campus, this is also within walking distance to our sports arena at Plock court GL2 9DW.
