American Football

The Gloucestershire Gladiators compete in the South West 2A League and are a mixed American football team, taking players of all experience and skill levels. 

Priding ourselves on being one of the most ambitious and tight-knit squads at the uni, we are The University of Gloucestershire Gladiators. We may be out numbered but we are never out gunned. As many Past players will tell you being part of this team is like being part of a new family, every player is incredibly close which helps the team become a force to be reckoned with every year in the league as we always push for playoffs no matter what. 

Almost all of our new recruits every year have never played the sport before or don’t have much knowledge about it. But our top-class coaches will quickly change that as all our rookies every year hit the ground running and quickly bond with the rest of the team.
