Collections
Non–graduation merchandise
If you have made a purchase from our website for non–graduation merchandise, collection days and times are as follows. Please note that the collection point cannot be changed once it has been selected during the ordering process, and that we are unable to exchange items or take payment for merchandise at our dedicated collection points.
Please bring your student ID and proof of order when collecting.
Oxstalls campus collections
Collection day: Tuesday, term time only.
Collection point: Students’ Union Click and Collect desk in The Lounge located in the Jonathon Porritt Building opposite the University main reception at Oxstalls. Click here to see the map.
Collection times: Between 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm
When will your order be ready:
For orders placed before 3pm on a Thursday, your order will be available for collection on the following Tuesday during term time.
For orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday, your order will be available for collection on the Tuesday a week later during term time. For example, if you placed your order on Thursday 18th April at 3:30pm, you can collect it from Oxstalls on Tuesday, 30th April.
Park campus collections
Collection day: Thursday
Collection point: Students’ Union Click and Collect point located just behind the SU's Living Room near the Refectory at Park. Click here to see the map.
Collection times: Between 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm
When will your order be ready:
For orders placed before 3pm on a Wednesday, your order will be available for collection from Park on the Thursday.
For orders placed after 3pm on a Wednesday, your order will be available for collection from Park on the following Thursday. For example, if you placed your order on Wednesday, 16th August at 3:30pm, you can collect it from Park on Thursday, 24th August.
Graduation merchandise
If you have made a purchase from our website for graduation merchandise, you will be able to collect your order on the day of your graduation ceremony at the Racecourse from the Students’ Union merchandise stand. You will just need to give your name when collecting.
