Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please email su@glos.ac.uk to let us know that you are doing so. Please include your name, transaction number, the item name and reason for return on the email.

You may request a refund within 21 days of collecting your order.

Refund requests must be made in person from the collection point, and with a valid receipt. The goods must be returned unworn, with any labels attached when they were collected, and in the same state they were received in.

     * Items can be returned to the Oxstalls collection point between 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm on Tuesdays.

     * Items can be returned to the Park collection point between 10:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm on Thursdays.

Refunds will be made to the card the purchase was made on and it may take up to seven working days for the refund to show on your account.
