What is Food Equality?
Introducing the SU Food Equality Project, a brand new scheme focussed on student food access, green space access and student wellbeing. The Food Equality team will:
- Look to maintain and develop the Community Cupboard
- Work with external partners to increase access to food
- Create awareness of student food poverty and signposting to resources
- Developing a community and engaging students in green spaces e.g. community gardens, volunteer groups, etc.
