Lecturers should follow their own regulations surrounding citations

Many times I want to do further research on a topic covered in a lecture but the lecturers did not provide sources for their information. They should always include a reference list in their presentations.

I find it frustrating because if I see a quote or they talk about something interesting, I can't do any further research on that. I understand that. Us as uni students need to do our own research but I am also paying 9k to be taught and we are asked to cite as much as we can, how can I do that if I don't know where the information came from and if it's even true, this wastes a lot of my time while I try and find something they have used but have not cited.

Thanks for this! Why not send this around your course mates, house mates or other students to get more votes so it can go to the next Student Council!
