Allow cash to be spent in areas such as refectories and SU shops

I think that allowing students to spend cash in campus refectories and SU shops would make a lot of sense, since it would mean that students won't have to worry as much about overspending, while also being able to save the money in their account by being able to use cash. Plus, many businesses across the UK have already made a return to accepting cash payments in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, so it would make a lot of sense for the SU spaces on campus (and also refectories) to allow cash payments as well.
