A new graduate scheme offers students a chance to learn and advance in housing industry. This is on offer by Bath-based housing and support organisation Curo.
The new Curo Graduate Scheme is open to students across the UK who are graduating this year with a minimum of a 2:2 degree. The successful candidate would start in September 2015.
Donna Warr, Curo’s Organisational Development Manager, said: “Our home-building programme is one with a difference. We’re inviting a graduate to choose an ethical and socially responsible career where every property they help to develop provides much-needed affordable homes across the West of England.
“The programme will be a two-year multi-discipline programme with a variety of work experiences. The successful candidate will receive excellent support with a dedicated mentor throughout and specialist coaches in each rotation. There will also be a comprehensive development plan incorporating both specialist and corporate-level training.”
At the end of the two years the graduate could have the opportunity to take up a permanent role with the house-building teams.
