The Nintendo Society is all about providing a friendly and welcoming space to play casual games with friends and meet new people!
If you enjoy playing Nintendo Games, are interested in casual gaming, or just want to come along for some fun, you are more than welcome!
Nintendo Switch and Wii consoles and games will be provided by society staff each week. However, feel free to bring your own and set them up on any of the available TVs!
That's not all...
- We also have regular competitive tournaments, with prizes!
(£1 tournament fee based on game and tournament type required to participate, no membership needed)
- We have occasional online multiplayer gaming sessions in our Discord
- We have a Wii + games!
- We run a Minecraft Java multiplayer server!
- Any Nintendo consoles and games are welcome!
Where/when to find us
Our sessions for 2023--2024 start weekly from the 22nd of September.
If you're near Oxstalls or Pittville Campus, just hop on the 94U, N or 10 bus and get off at Park Campus.
About memberships
Make sure to purchase an official membership by pressing the "Membership" button at the top! It's £3, and only needs to be paid once per year.
A membership will let you attend our regular sessions. This enables our committee to bring snacks, consoles, games and accessories each week.
However, feel free to come for one session before paying to try the society and see how it feels for you.
