The reason why I would like to participate as a Student rep is because, on a personal level, I have high expectations for my future and therefore I want to gain and work on a set of hard-skills. I would like to take on the role of student rep as an opportunity as well as a challenge to aid personal and the universities' growth. Being a member of the 'Business and Enterprise' society has given me the confidence to apply for this role and to give myself an opportunity to try and work towards improvement in the Business course as a team. I think my existing skillset is ample for me to tackle both social and academic issues with care and responsibility.
