Prior to joining the course I worked in a teaching role, access to quality education is a deep rooted passion of mine and I believe that a student voice is vital to the development of teaching and learning. During my PGCE, I was a course rep for my cohort and I found the role rewarding and beneficial to my peers in listening to feedback and relaying it to course leaders to help all involved. As a course representative I would ensure that all members of the cohort have their voices heard and furthermore I will support any issues with sensitivity and the upmost of professionalism.
