Hi!

I’m Liz Haskins, studying MSc Psychology. I graduated from the University of York in 2011 (BA Hons History of Art) which feels like a lifetime ago. During my time as an undergraduate I rarely got involved and I want this postgraduate experience to be different.

It makes sense for us, as students, to voice our opinions on what is working and what could be improved with regards to the course. I’d love an opportunity to be the bridge between student and academic staff. You can rest assured that all your thoughts and concerns would be taken on board with confidentiality and communicated constructively so that our experiences as students could be improved upon where possible. No concern would be too small.

I’m very approachable and I believe we deserve to get the most out of the course and I know that the acadmeic staff want to help us achieve this too. I’ll be encouraging you to fill in Voice It and giving you thorough feedback once I’ve met with staff if elected.
