Given that our Urban Planning course has had a rocky start to the year, I am committed to being a bridge between the students, our personal tutor, our lecturers, and our course leader, communicating constantly with all sides throughout our time here to help ease the faculty's workload a little while making sure us students' needs are met. I believe I am ready for this role as my prior experiences as Dorm Student Proctor, Student Ambassador, and On Campus Chores Leader at my boarding High School (2019-2023) has prepared me to be responsible for not only myself but my peers, be outgoing and easy to talk to, be a calm and effective communicator, and overall be a good representative. Already, I have ideas of what our course could do to become a better team, such as having monthly coffee chat trips with our personal tutor! To conclude, I would like to be of service to my course mates and myself and make our time studying at the University of Gloucestershire as productive and enjoyable as possible.
