Having studied and worked for the university, I know UoG inside and out and promise to always help if you have an issue. I like to think I'm quite approachable and would always welcome a chat if you needed some support. During my third year at the university, I was course rep so have the experience and knowledge about what needs to be done and how to help voice your concerns.
